02. Intellectual Integrity
Every line of code, every pixel-perfect frame, and every low-latency mechanic on this site remains the property of Uplixo. We provide a limited, revocable license for individual exploration. Users are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering the Game Mechanics or scraping our Analytics data streams.
03. PERFORMANCE BOUNDARIES
We strive for extreme stability, aiming for the highest frame-rate consistency across various mobile and desktop platforms. However, performance is a shared responsibility. Uplixo cannot be held responsible for hardware-level thermal throttling, packet loss on local networks, or mid-session battery exhaustion on unoptimized consumer devices.
Users are encouraged to consult our Technology Documentation to align their hardware specifications with our engine requirements. Engaging in exploits that bypass our latency-balancing protocols (e.g., lag-switching or memory injection) will result in immediate permanent expulsion from the community.
Users maintain updated browser drivers and operating systems compatible with Vulkan/WebGL-2 standards.
Real-time Raytracing availability is hardware-dependent; site functionality scales down gracefully for legacy GPUs.
Third-party API availability may fluctuate based on external server health and CDN status.
